Welcome to Dominion Fleet!

Congratulations on joining the Dominion Fleet family! We’re excited to be your partner in success. Your leased vehicle is your key to the city, and this page is designed to give you all the essential information you need to get started and keep your gig running smoothly.

Vehicle and Paperwork

Vehicle Condition Report

You'll receive a copy of your signed Vehicle Condition Report. This document details the condition of the vehicle at the time of pickup. Please review it and keep it for your records.

Lease Agreement

Your lease agreement outlines the terms of your lease, including the weekly payment amount, mileage limits, and responsibilities. Please read this thoroughly.

Insurance Card & Roadside Assistance

Insurance card should be located in your glove compartment. It contains all the necessary policy information and the 24/7 roadside assistance phone number. Make this your first call for any breakdowns.

Service & Maintenance

30-Day Check-in

To ensure your vehicle remains in top condition, we require you to bring it to Slade Auto Body at 4400 Milford Mill Road, Pikesville, Maryland 21208 every 30 days for a routine inspection. A member of our team will coordinate your appointment.

Service Request Form

Use our online Service Request Form to notify us of any issues or observations you have with the vehicle, even if they aren’t emergencies. This helps us pre-plan your service and get you back on the road faster.

Payments & Billing

Tolls & Traffic Violations

Transponder

Your vehicle is equipped with a transponder for tolls. This makes your trips seamless and prevents you from incurring fines.

Toll Billing

You are responsible for all tolls incurred. We will bill you for your tolls on a weekly basis, and you will receive an invoice directly to your email with a "Pay Now" link.

Traffic Tickets

You are responsible for all traffic violations. If a violation is mailed to us, we will invoice you for the amount and any administrative fees. We encourage defensive driving to avoid these issues.

Proactive Tips for a Successful Gig
