Vehicle and Paperwork

Vehicle Condition Report
You'll receive a copy of your signed Vehicle Condition Report. This document details the condition of the vehicle at the time of pickup. Please review it and keep it for your records.

Lease Agreement
Your lease agreement outlines the terms of your lease, including the weekly payment amount, mileage limits, and responsibilities. Please read this thoroughly.

Insurance Card & Roadside Assistance
Insurance card should be located in your glove compartment. It contains all the necessary policy information and the 24/7 roadside assistance phone number. Make this your first call for any breakdowns.

Payments & Billing
- Weekly Payments: Your payment is due weekly on the day specified in your lease agreement.
- Online Payment Portal: The fastest and most secure way to pay is through our online portal. You will receive a unique link to your payment page, which is linked directly to your vehicle's tag number.
- Tag Number: Remember, your vehicle tag number is your unique account identifier. Use it for all payments and service requests to ensure your account is credited properly.
Tolls & Traffic Violations
Transponder
Your vehicle is equipped with a transponder for tolls. This makes your trips seamless and prevents you from incurring fines.
Toll Billing
You are responsible for all tolls incurred. We will bill you for your tolls on a weekly basis, and you will receive an invoice directly to your email with a "Pay Now" link.
Traffic Tickets
You are responsible for all traffic violations. If a violation is mailed to us, we will invoice you for the amount and any administrative fees. We encourage defensive driving to avoid these issues.
