Eligibility Requirements

Must be 25 years or older
Must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license
Must live and drive in Maryland, D.C., or Virginia
Must have minimal accidents and/or moving violations

Required Documentation

Driver’s License: Upload a clear photo of your physical license (no paper copies, restricted licenses, or permits). The license must not expire within the next 30 days.
Proof of Address: Upload a bank statement, credit card statement, or utility bill in your name dated within the last 30 days. P.O. boxes are not accepted.

Lyft Drivers: Dominion vehicles may not be used for Lyft-related services. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the lease.

Driving Record & Accident History: You authorize Dominion to access your driving record and accident history to confirm eligibility. Excessive violations may result in rejection.

Agreement: You confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
