How It Works
As you pass through a toll plaza, the transponder automatically registers the charge to our main account. This means no more fumbling for change, no more toll-by-mail bills, and no more risk of violations.
Simple Billing
We consolidate all of your vehicle's tolls into a single, easy-to-read invoice. You will receive this invoice weekly, sent directly to your email with a secure "Pay Now" link. This link is connected to your vehicle's tag number, ensuring the payment is always applied correctly.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for paying all tolls incurred while the vehicle is in your possession. We recommend paying the weekly invoice as soon as you receive it to prevent a buildup of charges.
Why We Do This: We know from experience that accumulated tolls and fees can become a significant issue for drivers. By billing you weekly, we help you stay on top of these costs and avoid the stress of a large, unexpected bill. This system is designed to keep you moving and keep your finances in order.
- Traffic Violations
Drive Defensively
- Your Responsibility: All traffic violations (speeding tickets, parking tickets, etc.) are the responsibility of the driver. We encourage you to drive defensively and responsibly at all times.
- Our Process: If a traffic violation is mailed to Dominion Fleet, we will notify you immediately and bill you for the cost of the ticket plus an administrative fee. The invoice will be sent to your email with a "Pay Now" link for easy payment.
- Reassignment: In some cases, we may be able to reassign the violation to you directly. However, if this is not possible, we will handle the payment on our end and bill you to ensure the matter is resolved promptly and does not impact our vehicle registration.
