Use our online Service Request Form. You can access it on your phone at www.dominionfleet.com This form lets us know you’re coming and what you need, so we can get you in and out quickly.

Visit your secure payment hub www.dominionfleet.com /pay. Use your vehicle’s tag number to find your account and pay securely with a debit card, credit card, or bank transfer.

Please email us at info@dominionfleet.com or call the Dominion Fleet Office during business hours. For tolls and traffic violations, please be aware they are billed weekly to avoid a large, accumulated bill.

You have the option to purchase your own insurance or purchase from us. A comprehensive commercial insurance policy is required with your lease and will be active from the moment you take the keys. This is specifically designed for rideshare and delivery drivers like you. Your insurance card should be placed in the glove compartment.
You are responsible for all traffic violations. If the ticket is mailed to our office, we will invoice you for the amount plus an administrative fee. The easiest way to handle it is to pay the ticket directly if you receive it from an officer.
Your vehicle has a transponder for tolls, so you never have to worry about cash or waiting in line. We will bill you for your tolls on a weekly basis.
